Does the problem require research, validation or does a proven solution exist?
Identify the true cause and type of problem (e.g., Agronomic, Political or Socio-economic)
Evaluate if solutions are appropriate for your farmers (e.g., Economic returns, Simplicity vs Complexity, Fit with the farming system, Input availability and cost, etc.)
